On the 14th of March we celebrated both Pi Day and Albert Einstein’s birthday. In the past I have written a couple of posts about Pi (More Pi and It’s Pi Weekend), so I thought it was just right this year to talk about Einstein. Instead of writing about what he has accomplished, I thought about making a list of some of my favorite Einstein’s quotes about mathematics. Enjoy!
- As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain; and as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality.
- Do not worry about your difficulties in Mathematics. I can assure you mine are still greater.
